MassChallenge Associate interview questions

Thank you for your feedback on your interview experience at MassChallenge. In phone screens, we have a goal of making sure we clearly outline the next steps in the interview process so that candidates know what to expect if they move forward. We share the next steps with everyone to be transparent about our process. We don’t decide who to advance until we finish all phone screens to check for unconscious bias.
