My interview process has started great, the HR approached to me via email and contacted from the beginning of the process. He let me knew that they are going to be contacting with me either it is GO or NO GO however no one reached out to me, for 2 months. If that would be the case, I would expect that they should have communicated relatively till the beginning?

Interview
The interview was 2 stages, firstly with the HR Manager and secondly with the hiring manager.
It was pretty straightforward and we discussed my experience & the role, and how they both aligned.
We looked at the market approach and how MC could be successful in new verticals with the market segment that they were planning on entering.
Unfortunately I had to chase HR for an update, after nearly 2 weeks, to see if I had been successful and for feedback. I didn't get an offer, which was disappointing, however I felt HR could've been more proactive in providing an update.
