I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Masterpeace Solutions
Interview
Submitted a resume, received a call to interview with the owner, and everything went well. It was overall an informal interview. We agreed to meet again for a second interview. Followed by a third with members of the management team. And then a fourth with more team members. And then nothing. Silence and no follow through. The entire process over a couple of months was facilitated by the owner. I think a recruiter would have kept the process smoother and less frustrating.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Masterpeace Solutions (Columbia, MD) in Jun 2012
Interview
Had an initial phone call and a coffee meeting with a person they call a career agent. I think she was kind of like a recruiter but she was not really trying to sell me on a job.

Question 1
It was pretty interesting in that they did not ask normal interview questions. They asked about my interests, my needs, how I wanted to build my career, what experiences did I want to gain, what talents I may have that I haven't gotten to use.
I applied online. I interviewed at Masterpeace Solutions (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2015
Interview
Typical interview process - phone interview and in-person. The company and benefits were good. The position would not have been good for me due to the micro-manager.
