After an initial screening call with HR, I was then contacted with a time to come in for an in person interview. Both the Director and HR representative were friendly and the interview took me through the role and my previous experience.

Robotic, with no subtleties. I feel interviews should start with the normal "Hi, how are you?" This one deep dived into it. The questions asked were normal behavioural questions, but the interviewers tend to forget that they are representing the company too, and how they interact in these interviews is a significant sign to a candidate, and how they would interact with their staff.

The interview was with the hiring manager + someone in an FBP role. Questions were around technical skills, and how you would approach things with the executives you partner with.
Overall they were nice, and gave a transparent view of the role expectations which was great.
