A couple phone interviews and then driving twice out to LA morning traffic to conduct interview. First interview could have been conducted via zoom as there were a couple more phone calls. etc.

Note: Waited close to a month after numerous phone calls that offer letter was coming. Start date was agreed upon - offer later retracted after 1 month during which time I was told all was good and ready to start. Leadership not forthright
