The interview process spanned about 3 weeks, from my initial conversation with the recruiter to receiving an offer. It included 5 rounds: a screening call, an interview with the hiring manager, two conversations with team members, and a final interview with the CEO. Each interview felt purposeful, informative, and conversational. The recruiter was exceptionally communicative and responsive throughout the process. Overall, this was one of the most seamless and enjoyable interview experiences I’ve had—especially impressive given the size of the team.
