Maverick Southern Kitchens interview questions

Submitted resume and was called for interview. Very basic questions, such as why do you want to work here and what are your strengths and weaknesses. Obvious that the GM doing the interviewing had no idea how to conduct one correctly. They had no idea of how the pay was going to work.
