I have given other companies interviews as well so it looks from the standard of test that company have good reputation....which is totally untrue.There are 4 rounds of selection process . First is the aptitude exam ,second is the c and CPP objective and subjective test. Third is online objective tests .Fourth is talk with wife of ceo.Fifthth is talk with ceo. First aptitude round has 10 subjective questions,time in which it has to completed is 30 minutes(looks challenging....).second round has 10 c and 10 CPP questions(two programming questions in each part extra)(looks extra challenging....).Third round has 40 questions . You have to complete that in 2 hrs.(That is little less challenging...).Talking about fourth round hr sends you upstairs and you go in to find professionals working there(but you will not find any girl in development and testing team....looks strange).You are supposed to
give (so called hr round...which hr does not take...it has to be taken by ...wife of ceo)She asks about your back ground and some other things..Then you have go to ceo's room (Keep in mind you have got only this chance to know if you can perform in any other company's interview...don't think too much and try to look at your marks on the attached resume..when ceo is out...if you find yourself ...securing full in apti...70 percentage... Throughout...chuck the offer right there...you can get job ...in...MNC also...)..Now ceo comes in (he looks very busy).Actually he is marketing head of the company..He also talks same thing as her wife talked with you...your background..but no technical questions....(don't think hard there is no technical interview in the company...problem is both the ceo does not know anything about ...Malware analysis and development..).
