1st round Skype and second round Face to Face. In the 1st round they were looking for my experiences my background and how well I can fit into the role and on the second round it was a Face2 Face where they focused more on my personality, body language etc

Overall HR Experience. Initially I had a phone screening and they focused on if I am interested to work for a small company and they asked me about my HR experience and some real-time use cases of End to End Hire process, Salary reviews, I9 verification process. After the phone screening is completed in a week I got a call for the In-person interview

Phone and Skype Interviews, It depends on the client sometimes we should attend in person for the interview, I prefer mainly face to face interviews when compared with Skype call.
