Interview
Every Sprint interview is conducted the same regardless of where you go (indirect or corporate). Manager, and assistant manager. They look primarily for eagerness to sell, and communication skills. It's a very standard interview.

Interview
Applied and within a week had a phone interview with HR. After that I had an in person interview at the location itself with the store manager. Very laid back and had to answer the basic questions like how did you overcome an objection and how do you handle a difficult customer. Got an offer right after the interview from the manager.
