Interview
The interview was with a number of its partners and also HR representative. The interview process was relaxing and positive. The partners will not only ask standard questions about you but they may also ask questions about the greater society.

Do you have any understanding of the greater bay area?
The telephone interview was simple and involved core competency based questions. The AC was a very enjoyable and engaging experience, and required a case study presentation to a bunch of hypothetical clients, a partner interview which was 30 mins roughly and a commercial awareness exercise. The exercise involved receiving details about two companies and recommending the more appropriate acquisition target.

2) Skype Interview - 2 partners; It was quite technical so make sure you are up to date with current news and be prepared to answer questions that test your legal knowledge.
