Had four interviews altogether. The first was a competency test. The second was an interview with someone from HR and an AOL. The third was an informal show around the factory with an AOL. I then had a fourth with another two AOL's months later.
Unfortunately I believe it is only "A job for the boys". I was asked how I would cope working in a factory environment with "all men". I replied that it really didn't bother me at all.
