Simple telephone interview followed by 30 minute face to face interview. The process was straightforward, but drawn out. The hiring process in total took 3 months. However, clear communication was maintained at all times. The interview was followed by an offer within 24 hours due to the the office being relatively new and pre existing contracts for all positions not being available.
