McGuireWoods Staff Attorney interview questions

I submitted my resume and they called me and set up an interview within several days. I met with 2 of the attorneys from the firm. They were well prepared, which I appreciated.

hiring process was good initially, with interview set up etc. However, after the interview there was no communication for six weeks. I assumed I was not getting hired, then got an offer. After that it took more than a month to get me set up to start.
