The interview process was not overly taxing. There was only one relatively brief interview. Their primary concern was with whether or not you had the technical knowledge necessary to perform the job. If you have a strong educational background and or experience you will be in good shape. I don't think the interview lasted more than thirty minutes so it was relatively brief. Given the office was in Wheeling, West Virginia I think the talent pool is relatively limited so there isn't a tremendous amount of competition.
