It was the standard multiple interviews with partners and associates. I only experienced one round of interviews. I used a recruiter that sent in my resume first and then scheduled the in person interviews.
Standard questions, nice people. Did not ultimately end up taking the job but was impressed overall with the kindness and professionalism of the attorneys that I met. No real surprises, would recommend for anyone interested.
