After meeting with recruiters at a job fair and going through a culture fit interview a few days later, I was invited for an all-day interview in Elmhurst. I met with seven people during six interviews which were either 1.5 hours or one hour in length (total 7 hours plus about an hour of downtime and paperwork). I was asked the exact same questions over and over again: what are you doing now and why do you want to leave for McMaster-Carr? The interviewers ranged from new employees to (what seemed to be) senior-level management types. Overall, the experience was relatively low-stress, but it grew quite exasperating to endure the same questions six times.
