McMaster reached out to me without any solicitation. The HR representative first scheduled a phone interview, shortly after which I was extended an invitation for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a few hours long. I met with multiple employees, all of whom were very cordial, intelligent, and accomplished. The interview also included a tour of their large facility (during which I was asked behavioral questions and prompted to analyze a business situation briefly), and lunch with one of the interviewers. It was a very welcoming, fair, and professional process.

The recruiter called me and asked me general questions about my style and related management experience. She told me a little more about the position. The general management role involves working on business processes, projects, etc. I never heard back from the recruiter after the initial phone call.
