      Business Operations Associate Interview

      16 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Chicago, IL)

      Interview

Lots of online interviews and then one on site. They flew me out, but their interviewer was very rude, cut me off during questions, and essentially said I wasn’t experienced enough. This is a direct from undergraduate position. Ridiculous.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

“What would you do to improve our website” (not relevant to the job at all)
