Applied online, filled out an application, scheduled an interview. The interview was quick, they showed me around the building, went over the job and ask a few questions. Standard stuff like what is your weak point?

Interview
It was straight forward. I submitted my bachelor's degree (required) to be verified and took 2 short tests. One was a writing sample, and the other was a math test with about 5 questions.

Interview
There was no in-person interview process. You just have to fill out an application and send proof of Bachelor’s degree. Everything is online. Once you pass through that, you just have to fill out and sign some paperwork, and wait to be contacted to train and be added to a project.
