Interview
Initial interview was very thorough. Management was interested in my goals, family life, concerns, pay expectations, etc. I was given a tour of the facility and asked to come back to shadow for a few hours on a busy day to see if I was up to handling the craziness of the ER.

Interview
I had a 30 minute phone screen with someone from corporate, then was moved on to a 45ish minute in-person interview with the practice manager and CSR supervisor. I was offered the job about a week later.
