Started with the senior PM (my supervisor) interview. Very pleasant and light questions. Next was two IT managers, and lastly with the CIO. About 30 minutes each interview. They are all very friendly and approachable, seems to love what they do, and it gave me a great sign that it will be a great environment to work in. They were planning to hire someone more junior, and my resume seems to be much more senior than expected, but the CIO felt positive that my experience will be valuable for their organization.
