Very well structured and executed. The people that interviewed me were all great - they made me feel at ease, while sharing the fascinating story of the company and its vision for the future. They are all very warm, honest and very accomplished individuals.

Question 1
I was asked to think about a series of 'real life' challenges Medallia faces on a daily basis and reflect on how I would address these. I found this format a great way to introduce me to the role and how Medallia is run today. In addition, there was a Challenge - a 1 hour presentation in front of a panel for which I had a few days to prepare. The case was well written and played by the interviewers in a role play setting.
