I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Medallia
Interview
Quick process but complete lack of continuity between interviewers. No one really knew what was going on or had any insight into the process. The recruiter and peer interviews were great .

Question 1
Why sales? Why Medallia? Why are you leaving your current role
Unprofessional recruiter.
He spontaneously reached out to me on LinkedIn.
Over the phone, he didn't even bother to ask me if I had any questions.
When I said that I had some questions, he snorted (really absurd) and he tried to close the conversation asap because he had clearly not enough knowledge of the company (he is currently working as a contractor and new).
He didn't provide any feedback even though he mentioned that he would have reached out.
Very bad recruiter.

Question 1
The usual - the recruiter was very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medallia in May 2019
Interview
I submitted my application online, a recruiter reached out to me shortly! The first interview was over the phone, the recruiter was really easy to talk to and took time to get to know me. After the phone interview, I was asked to work on an assignment that was similar to what I would be doing in the position I applied for. The assignment was a great way to learn about Medallia and customer experience! The second interview was a 45 minute Zoom conference, I really got to understand what it was like to work at Medallia & what it takes to be part of the team. Finally, I had a 2 hour zoom conference with 4 mangers. The process was really quick, accommodating and everyone I connected with was helpful and made me feel comfortable during the process. :)

Question 1
Medallia hires the whole person, so I was asked questions that pertained to my character, work ethic and enthusiasm in sales.
