      Software Developer Interview

      5 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MediQuant

      Interview

Two phone interviews followed by an in person interview. The first phone interview was with the development manager and was pretty general in nature. The second phone interview was with a developer that currently worked on the company. That interview was slightly more technical. The in person interview was held in a conference room and the entire development team was there (was told ahead of time it would be a team interview). The interview was supposed to be a behavioral question interview but ended up just being a question/discussion session about my resume and previous projects. They ask a few questions about how I would solve one of their existing problems. Overall everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a great interview experience.

      Question 1

How would you solve this issue? (They asked about an issue they were currently trying to resolve)
