      The interview involved three team members and focused heavily on Java and Spring, including definition-based and gotcha questions. The interview environment felt somewhat exclusionary. There was a noticeable lack of focus on the candidate experience, exemplified by one interviewer briefly leaving the session for a personal errand. The interviewers looked visibly annoyed that I wasn't able to answer some of their questions. Following the interview, no feedback was received from the company. This aligns with several other negative reviews here on Glassdoor. I highly recommended that the company re-evaluate its interview process to ensure a more positive candidate experience and consistent follow-up, regardless of the interview outcome. Interviewers play a crucial role in representing the company brand.

      1. 30min phone screen, usual generic questions on "why us" etc 2. 1hr 30m+ technical discussion with the team on various frontend topics, fairly open questions. This was the most enjoyable part of the process as although the later stages were disappointing, the technical team seemed solid. 3. A take home challenge to build a CRUD app, way too much was required from this task for an interview process 5+ hours of commitment easily and with zero feedback provided once submitted. 4. 2hr panel style discussion with the hiring manager, and some senior leadership team members. This round raised some serious red flags around the working environment and culture, with long hours being praised as a "grind culture" and some fairly narcissistic comments being made with strong indications of micro-manging. You will be dragged through a drawn out process that is poorly organised with little to no feedback and respect for your time commitment for a low/average salary range.

      Applied to an ad online, no recruiter was involved in the process. The initial interview was a series of technical questions asked by a non technical interviewer which was awkward as they didn't really understand the answers i was giving and couldn't answer any of the technical questions i had. They informed me that regardless of my answers to the questions (which were to be passed on to the technical team) they wanted me to do a take home test, and informed me that i would receive instructions later that day. I didn't receive the instructions until four days later, and when i did i was quite shocked at the simplicty of the test given the requirements and job description of the position available. A competant first year uni student with zero experience wouldn't struggle to complete the test. I still completed the test, and informed them that it was ready for review. I never heard back from them, ghosted.
