The worst interview process I ever had, so unprofessional!!!
I applied for a Stylist role in London in September 2023. A few weeks later I was emailed to have an initial interview on Zoom. The first interview was general questions to get to know me and my experience, although, the person interviewing seemed kind of judgy as in wanting a specific type of person working there. Anyway, I got to the second stage where I had to go to one of the Mejuri stores in London and had a more in deep interview. I thought the interview went quite well and they said they would let me know in the next week or so. I never got any news. I emailed about an outcome but never got a response.
A month or so later I emailed again, claiming that I had never been notified by an outcome or given any feedback. They didn't reply until a month or two later and they told me they had been very busy and called me for a interview again, since they were looking for roles again. At this point it was around late January early February 2024. I did an interview on zoom (similar as to the one I did before). A week or so later they asked me to do a second interview in a store, (a different one from the previous time) and had a very in deep interview with lots of questions. The team seemed to like me and they basically said it was highly likely I would be getting the job. After that, they emailed to interview on zoom again with a different person (the Manager of London area stores) and she only asked a few logistical questions. After that, I was never notified about if I was getting the job or not. I waited for a few weeks and then decided to email to ask for an outcome and in case it was a negative, some feedback on my performance. They never replied, and a month later I emailed again to follow up on my previous email.
Today, almost 5 months later, I decided to email again and realised that they have blocked my email address. I have never seen such lack of professionalism and empathy in my life. Definitely a horrible company with no values.
