made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meltwater in Feb 2017
Interview
The process was very intense, but not at all intimidating. I was first chosen to a group interview, where we were told about the company, and then given a number of tasks to be performed in smaller group. We were however all in the same room at all times. After this about a half of the 16 applicants were invited back to the individual interviews. The individual interviews have the same panel of interviewers from the group interview, and I was asked to reflect myself on the 6 different criteria of their recruitment (teamwork, intelligence, sociable etc.). I was then asked to perform a sales call and a sales meeting with little time to prepare.

Interview
Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Interview
HR Screen: 30 minutes
Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
