After the application, they called me within a week and invited me for a phone interview which went quite well and immediately they invited me for a coffee meet at the Amsterdam office. Everything was very fast, responsive up till the coffee meet. At the coffee meet I was told to expect to hear back from them in the same week, but no response. I did reach out to them the week after, and yet no response. It is a a bit unprofessional for an international company to not close the recruitment process once it has been initiated and began, irrespective of whether or not the candidate has progressed to the next level/employment offer.

Na een 1-op-1 gesprek volgde een soort introdag waarin iets van 40 mensen deelnamen. In mijn ogen geen eerlijke kans, gezien niet iedereen evenveel tijd krijgt met werknemer van bedrijf.

Intensive and fruitful, learnt a lot from it. They will try to teach you their pitching skills which is applicable to many industries and very useful for future careers. Interviewers and HR are nice.

Leuk gesprek en presentatie van het bedrijf. Dit was nog de eerste ronde waarbij ze verschillende aspecten van hun bedrijf uitleggen, maar ook de tijd nemen om jou te leren kennen.
