Interview
1st round is to see if you're a fit, 2nd is a group interview, 3rd is a panel interview with 4 employees of the company and an area director. The last interview is to challenge you. They ask questions, make you feel worthless, try to make you crack under pressure.

Question 1
What is the most difficult obstacle you've experienced in your career?
It was pretty long and had to do mock cold call scenarios for 2 different situations. I think around 4 rounds as well. Other than that the people were easy to talk to
Process was quick but has many rounds to it. HR, hiring manager, apac interviews together with cold call interview, case study interview. Generally a good experience amidst it being tough.

Interview
It was a good interview process. Things moved very quickly and only had a screening call, group interview, and private interview. After that it was within the same few days that I was told I got the job and received the offer.
