There was a test and simple set of interviews. It was no big deal, if you have a pulse and are generally intelligent you will get the job. They are desperate since people are quitting en masse all of the time.

I was contacted by a recruiter who obtained my resume through my college's database. I had a Skype interview with four or five people, followed by a face-to-face interview with two people along with a IS Aptitude & Java Test in Eau Claire.
