It was easy in-person interview as an undergrad at UW. Management were nice and flexible given the schedule I had with school. Also, there were flexibility to work only weekends too.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Menchie's (Temecula, CA) in Feb 2018

I was interviewed by two people, and they asked me like 1-2 questions about myself. They were the ones that talked a lot, and they gave me information about what responsibilities I would have working there.
