Interview was on c# and Xamarin - Android. Interviewer asked to write code on paper had no intention to check the knowledge or even the projects done earlier. It was all about writing down the syntax on paper, Being a professional should have provided an IDE rather than give an A4 paper. With stuffs like Visual Studio and Eclipse no one tries to mug up the syntax of every bit of code they write. Worst part was interviewer said that Yes You are knowledgeable but you cannot write any thing on paper so ur incapable. No android specific questions though would accept my experience in also not that much in Android. Seriously if higher management people are reading this would advice to ask the interviewers to try understand what the person has done rather than trying to get answers to every thing. Also how difficult would it be to integrate android apps into mercedis cars that you need a written answer on notebook for ANONYMOUS METHODS, DELEGATES, FIBONNACI SERIES, MVVM ?
