After the recruiter round, I gave 1 phone screen round in which they just ask basic questions. I answered all the questions very well. After that the recruiter just ghosted me. They didn’t reply to my emails as well. It’s going to be a week since my last email but no response so far. I didn’t expected such kind of behavior from this company. At least have the courtesy to reply back to the candidate. The good thing was I already got a better offer from other companies in that timeframe so I didn’t follow up that much but applying in this company is a complete waste of time!
