Merchsource interview questions

Round 1: 15 min phone screen with recruiter. Round 2: 1 hour long portfolio review zoom call with director of design Round 3: Onsite interview in Irvine with design leadership. I was told it could also be virtual. The hiring manager told me I'd hear back in 1-2 weeks. 3.5 weeks later I received a rejection email from both him and the recruiter.

Took an Excel test, mainly vlookup function, pivot tables, and basic Excel skills. The interview was done online via Microsoft teams. Interviewed with 2 people, managers in 2 different departments.
