Mercia interview questions

This interview process took 3 months and was unnecessarily long. I actually don't think they are hiring. I think they interview to assess the job market. I went through 4 rounds of interviews only to be ghosted. They did not provide any interview feedback and did not have the decency to respond to my emails. I would avoid at all costs. They are definitely timewasters.
