Interview process was far more comfortable than what I’ve experienced at other companies. Interviewers were welcoming and supportive yet still professional and engaged. Questions were about people management, task management and values. HR were very responsive in the lead up and post interview.

Manager was very chatty, the vibe was upbeat and friendly but very little interview questions were adhered to and it just felt like a big friendly chat. I started the role after this interview but 6 months in I started to experience difficulties for role clarification and strategic direction due to this casualness and lack of direction I observed in the interview
