The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening, followed by a technical and behavioral interview with team members. Discussions focused on my laboratory experience, problem-solving abilities, documentation practices, and ability to work in a fast-paced research environment. The interviewers were professional and provided opportunities to ask questions about the role, team, and company culture. Overall, the process was structured, conversational, and focused on assessing both technical qualifications and team fit.
Fairly formal, consisted of mostly behavioral questions and what skills you could bring to the table. Come prepared with situational answers and be ready for possible mock call. Hiring manager was very professional.
