The interview is broken up into two parts/ interviews. The first interview consists of an online assessment test, which includes an emotional test, a Microsoft Office/ Adobe test, and a math/ grammer test, and a brief interview. For the brief interview, you meet with the director and talk about the position and why you would be a good fit for the position if hired. About a week later, you come back for a second interview where you meet with the hiring director and the position is discussed more in-depth along with your background.
