Pros

The projects were good, although junior designers barely had any voice or control over anything.

Cons

- Junior designers were constantly bullied, humiliated and intimidated by seniors while management completely ignored it! - Nobody cared, not even when an entire batch of new junior designers suddenly went awol and walked out! - Management even mocked and laughed at them afterward! - This company is absolutely disgusting and cannot be trusted at all!

Pros

Decent company presence, so the business is always doing okay.

Cons

The shifts here at Meridith Baer Home are terrible and exhausting. Employees are often forced to work overtime, and we still get treated horribly by the management. Our managers are very brutal and toxic, and they verbally abuse and yell at employees who don’t do as they please. I don’t recommend the awful culture of this company.

Pros

I met a few decent people, and the experience pushed me toward a far better opportunity.

Cons

- Avoid this company unless you want your nerves pulled apart day after day, because the atmosphere feels heavy from the moment you walk in. - The owner’s attitude turns simple conversations into draining encounters, and the choices made on the floor are consistently awful. - Favoritism creeps into daily tasks, creating an unfair setup that feels rigged and impossible to trust. - The systems are outdated, the workload grows nonstop, and long hours do not match the low pay. - Even the warehouse bathroom shows how little respect exists for the people doing the real work. - Communication is a mess, turning easy tasks into exhausting battles because nothing is explained clearly. - People end up redoing tasks that should have been done correctly the first time, which wears you down fast. - Those in charge rarely step in to guide anything, leaving the whole operation shaky and confusing. - The constant frustration piles on until the place feels cruel at times, making it completely unworthy of your energy or peace of mind.
