Questions were mostly about past experience and personality. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience and the interviewers were very personable and friendly.

3 video calls. You talk to people on both the Bank of America and Merril side. Also have to create a business plan that you discuss in the call. Calls generally flow like a conversation.

The application process took a couple weeks; However, the interview process lasted two days with the first interview on the first day and the second and third on the next day.
