Process was quick and easy, hiring manager was great unlike some companies that make you wait weeks/months. Process lasted 3 weeks total with two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with two managers.

Question 1
What's an example of a difficult situation you've had to overcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Merrill (Lincoln, RI)
Interview
Applied online. Started with 2 online assessments. Heard back within a day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very laid back and the recruiter asked customer service related questions. At the end of the phone interview the recruiter set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a four panel interview. They were all very nice and laid back which made the process easier. Heard back the same day with a job offer.
Interview questions were asked from a standard corporate packet. Pretty mundane questions about your past work experiences and what you view as your strengths and weaknesses. Since it’s a junior position, there was only one manager at the interview. Notified by HR within a week that I got the job.

Question 1
Share an incident of how you deal with a difficult situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Merrill in Jun 2020
Interview
Phone call and then scheduled a video call. It wasnt that bad. You should be as long as you brush up on your interview skills and questions. Also the interview questions I saw on glassdoor were asked during the interviews so review those as well.
