Interview
Numerical quesions were not tough but format was difficult (video on screen relayed the news, scrolling ticker and a question in right quadrant). Calculators were allowed. The group presentation was difficult but if you smile a lot and just get involved then you will be fine. Do not questions the others, just play along and come up with generic answers, do not be creative, dumb it down a bit.

Why this industry? Why you? Would you consider other roles?
After I finished the Online Testing, I needs to finish a video interview. It is a Sydney based graduate program. There are 3 questions in the interview. It will give you few minutes to prepare and then you answer the question.
I was contacted by a headhunter and the process was quite quick from the first interview to the last, for a total of around 10 interviews. Overall it was not such a terrible experience, most of the interviewers were nice.
