Merriman interview questions

You have an initial screening and then 2 more rounds. Everyone is super nice, however, I felt judged. They want your prior experience to be from an elite source like NASA or the Olympics. Don't feel they cared for a local person who is embedded and cares for the community.

Phone interview one on one, followed by a video with a team of associates, both interviews focused on behavioral questions, and were not very nerve racking, interviewers were very polite and professional
