I recently completed the interview process. It was a thorough experience with multiple stages, including initial screenings, technical assessments, I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my experience and skills in depth. However, after reaching the salary negotiation stage, I haven't received any further updates or a final decision. While I understand that hiring decisions can take time, a follow-up would have been helpful to provide clarity on the next steps. Overall, it was a positive experience, but more transparent communication could improve the process.
