Around a 3 hour total experience, involving meetings with many members of ownership as well as the leaders of the teams you'll be working with. You'll start off waiting in the front lobby, at which point you'll be called into a standard conference room to meet with HR. After a brief overview you'll meet with the first owner (Dan Smeja) as well as some members of the team you're interviewing for. A key tip to remember is that the Smeja's have final say on any and all hires, as such I'd advise directing your respect to him. Afterwards you'll tour the Metalmaster Roofmaster headquarters, and you'll be given an opportunity to ask any questions.
