I worked with a recruiting agency, but the company interview was just one virtual connection with the Regional Sales Manager and the VP of customer success. They made me feel at ease, the interview felt conversational, and it gave me a clear idea of the true roles and responsibilities of the job.

Interview
The interview process was very streamlined. The initial call with a recruiter was informative. From there I moved on to an interview with the region's Managing Director, which went more in depth on the role and how my experience could fit in it. From there, I was moved to the next round of interviews with more higher ups in the company. Overall the interview process took about 3 weeks before an offer was made.
