Interview
Felt very one sided and there were a lot of people to respond to. The second round was simple but took two weeks to schedule. I also had to follow-up with them directly because HR didn't respond to multiple calls or emails.

They asked about previous employment.. They asked a lot of questions about my experience and skills and appeared to be open to implementing new ideas. Reviewed my strengths, weaknesses and gave examples of my accomplishments.
