phone screen, followed by an on site interview. several on site exercises. managers don't provide any insight to the exercises prior, no prep time. panel interview when on site. interviewing with 2-3 people at the same time. No follow up several months after the interview. the team has zero communication, and are extremely biased in their assessments. no focus on the people aspect of the business. slow, poor communication, and not fit for the roles they have.
