CV and Cover letter sent via email. Called for an interview at their offices a week later. It's a small company and the employees were really nice. Although the interview was long, it was probably the most relaxed and comfortable one I've had.

Plenty of technical questions. The entire interview lasted over 2 hours and was composed mostly of technical questions. The role was specifically for a new project regarding temperature sensors and so there were some very specific technical questions regarding temperature sensors.
